Return and Refund Policy - Golden R. Clothing

At Golden R. Clothing, our goal is to provide exclusive, high-quality products that reflect the style and purpose of our customers. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary, so we've created a clear and simple policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products with manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping.
  • Products that do not match the description or specifications at the time of purchase.
  • Incorrect sizes or models sent due to our error.

Note: As we operate on a made-to-order basis, returns due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not eligible. Please carefully review the product descriptions and size charts before completing your purchase.

2. Timeframe for Return Requests

  • You have up to 14 business days after receiving your order to request a return.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage caused by the customer.

3. Return Request Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@goldenrclothing.com or use the form available on our website.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other approved cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take additional time to appear.

6. Exchanges

Due to our made-to-order model, we do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you can return the eligible item and place a new order.

7. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized items.
  • Items on sale or clearance.
